We are working with a provider of residential social care who are opening a new EBD home based in Essex. The individual that they take on for this role willRegister the home and ensure that it is run in the best way possible for the young people.
Not only is this a great opportunity to work for a new organisation but they are offering a salary of up to £45,000 plus bonuses for hitting KPI's.
Job Requirements:
* Register with Ofsted
* Reviews and meetings
* Care plans for the residents
Experience required:
* 2 years experience within residential children's home
* Level 5 Leadership and Management
* Driving Licence
