Description:
First City Recruitment are looking for Care Workers who have a background providing support to vulnerable groups within the community. This is a fantastic opportunity that involves supporting people to live independentlyat home. The successful candidate will support customers with their day-to-day routine. We are looking for committed staff to embrace our company ethos and values and provide excellent standards of care to our clients. You will be visiting clients in theirown homes therefore you must be able drive with access to a vehicle working various shifts throughout the day with some weekendcommitment.
As this position is within the community a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle is required for thisposition.
As an agency care worker, you will be responsible for some of the following areas:
* Updating and completing paperwork
* Support in the Community
* Providing personal care
* Preparation of meals and support with meals
* Administering medication, creams and recording these
* Light domestic work
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
