Panoramic Care are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager in the Harlow area.
This is for a 3-bedded Childrensresidential home for young people ages 11-18 years. The services provide education, residential care and therapy services for children who have experienced neglect and abuse and therefore have emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The home is based in Essex (west) and was last inspected by Ofsted as Good.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have the following:
* Level 3 in Children and Young People's workforce (or equivalent)
* 2 years' minimum experience in a senior role in a Childrens Residential home (ideally EBD
* A genuine passion to change the lives of young people within your care
