DEPUTY MANAGER- SEMH/ LD CHILDREN'S HOME- COLCHESTER- £33,000 per annum + sleep ins
Panoramic Care are currently workingwith a reputable provider who have a requirement for an experienced individual to join their small sized SEMH children home asthe Deputy Manager. This is located in Colchester.
As part of this position you will be expected to manage multiple staff members and have excellent people management skills to provide fantastic care to young adults within the home.
You will also need the following:
* Experience working in children's care
* Level 3 NVQ in Children's/ Residential care
* OFSTED knowledge
* -Currently working as a Senior Support Worker or above
