Description:
Panoramic Care is working closely with an ever-expanding children's residential service to find an experienced HR Manager.
You would be reporting in to the company's director. Due to growth, they are looking for somebody with experience in the children's residential sector. It is also important that they understand the work and role of an Ofsted RegisteredManager along with regulations, safeguarding and Ofsted processes. Also, experience in Conflict, resolution and Staff development.
Experience as Registered Manager / Responsible individual and looking to take the step into a Head of staff / Head of HRrole preferred.
Salary up to £50,000 negotiable on experience.
