Description:
Duties
*Maintain the sound H&S profile of the company and day to day management of H&S
* Always ensure that compliance with statutory regulation is adhered to e.g. HASAW Act
* Implement essential plans of action after reviewing reports
* Audit for company compliance on fire FRA and legionella, and produce lasting and forward-thinking strategy
* Undertake necessary investigations to determine any risk to residents
Requirements & Benefits
* Qualified NEBOSH or IOSH
* Good knowledge/ experience in fire or Fire Risk Assessment
* Previous residential/ Housing Association/ social housing experience
* Understand and analyse complex information and present it coherently
* Professionalism and tact in speaking with all different members andparties in the business
* Knowledge and understanding of current H&S regulations
* Ability to advise and recommend bestpractise
* Good IT skills
* Full and clean driving licence
* Equivalent to 25 days paid annual leave (excluding bank holidays)
