Panoramic Care is currently working with a leading provider withinthe care industry who is looking for an experienced, Home Manager to join their medium sized GOOD CQC rated home in North West London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and managing all aspects of the home to meet CQC requirements and ensure that outstanding care and support is delivered.
They are looking for an individual who has a wealth of experience working within an Elderly care environment, managerial experience and has the relevant qualifications necessary. These must include:
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management
* RGN or RMN or Nursing Home Management Experience
* Social care/ home care background
