Panoramic care are supporting a leading care provider in the search for their new HR Manager. This is a new and exciting opportunity within this care provider and is over a period of 18 months with a strong possibility to stay on a permanent basis.
This leading provider exists to provide the best possible care and support to people with disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury -focusing on supporting them to enjoy fulfilling lives in the community. The group of charitable organisations operate on a not-for-profit basis. Any surpluses generated are reinvested into the services and support it provides to people.
They are looking for a strong HR Manager with:
* Experience direct line managing 7 people or similar.
* CIPD qualification
* HR generalist experience
* Contribution to policies and procedures
* Willingness to get your hands dirty
