Interim Registered Manager - Essex
Panoramic Care is currently working with an Elderly Residential Care provider based in Essex who is seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to oversee two of their Residential Homes.
The role is to cover aperiod of sickness and will be for a period of 4/6 weeks with the possibility of extension. Our client is seeking a hands on, committed manager who will be able to immediately hit the ground running and maintain the good standards within the homes.
KeySkills and Qualifications:
* NVQ level 5 - Leadership and Management
* Elderly Nursing and Residential Experience
* Strong Leadership and Management
* Strong Knowledge of Current Standards and Regulations
