Panoramic Care are currently working with a small care provider based in the East Midlands who are on the search for an Interim Turnaround Manager to help support the current Registered Manager with CQC compliance. The home is currently rated at 'Requires Improvement'and the owner would like to see it improved to 'Good' before the next CQC inspection.
This is a 6 month contract, with a dayrate of £300 per day.
Essential qualifications include:
- Experience managing an elderly care home
- Turnaround/troubleshooting
- NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management
- Immediately available
