Panoramic Care is working with an adult social care provider based in East Anglia who are seeking an interim Turnaround Manager. Our client requires an interim Turnaround Manager for their small learning disabilities/complex needs service. This service needs support in turning around their CQC rating. They are looking for someone to start ASAP and remain in post for 6 months.
To be considered for the role you must be an experienced Registered Manager with a good CQC track record. You must haveworked in a learning disabilities setting and turnaround experience is also desired.
This role will be challenging but extremely rewarding as you will be having a real impact on the service and in turn the service users.
