Job responsibilities:
* Responsible forbooking in appointments
* Adequately dealing with complaints and any arising issues
* Maintaining property information
* Occasionally carrying out surveys
* Working with a team but also individually
What will boost my application?
* Previously worked in property maintenance/Worked as a refurbishment contractor within social housing
* Familiar with facilities maintenance
* Full UK driving license
* Minimum 2 year's experience working as a resident liaison officer
* Excellent face to face customer service skills and highly organised
* Evidence of previous social housing experience or knowledge
Salary: £28,500
