First City Recruitment Solutions are supporting the lead provider of Adult Social Care based in Swindon with Experienced Care Assistants / Support Workers working on a one-to-one basis providing high quality care Working in various Nursing Homes in Swindon and surrounding areas.
What we require from you:
* Passion
* Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a care environment in either a care home, or as a home care industry.
* Outgoing personality
* Driven to work
As a Healthcare Assistant you'll have a desire to work in elderly and dementia care. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be kind, reliable, empathic and recognise that the needs of eachperson we care for is individual.
