Description:
An exciting Occupational Health Nurse Advisor role has become available within an established industrial client, whereby the requirement of an experienced RGN is essential in been a key member of the occupational health team providing a comprehensive healthcare service to all employees.
Primary purpose of the role ;
*Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
*Proactive approach to OH by medical assessment for fitness for duties and early intervention.
*Fitness for work screening and assessment
*Risk assessment
*Sickness absence management
*Liaising with appropriate healthcare providers
*First aid response*Assist in the clinical function of the occupational health services including health assessment and health surveillance - working alongside OH Nurse/Physio and Chiropodist
*Assist with health promotion activities - working alongside Healthy Lifestyle Advisor.
An enhanced DBS is required.
