Panoramic Care are currently supporting a valued client in the search for a Peripatetic Manager for their provisions in Somerset.
The peripatetic manager will have in depth experience of managing care homes and have skills that will enable them to work with the CQC efficiently to achieve outcomes. The peripatetic manager will be a confident leader who enjoys a challenge and aconstantly changing environment.
The peripatetic manager will understand how to work alongside registered managers to provide support to staff and residents. Ideally the peripatetic manager will have a nursing qualification but a health and social carequalification will also be considered.
The peripatetic manager will be responsible for the collaboration of long term strategic goals for the care homes. They will have exceptional knowledge around preparing for CQC inspections and improving standardsby running audits.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse or Health and Social Care Qualification
* Experience of Managing a Care Home
* Knowledge of Managing a Nursing and Residential Home
* CQC Compliance and Auditing Skills* Elderly and Dementia Care Background Desired
