An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Home Manager to managean exceptional care home based in the Eye, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis care home is a purpose built unit for residents who have dementia. It is a converted Victorian country house with accommodation
**To be considered for this role you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care**
As theHome Manager your key responsibilities include:
* You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Home* Leading a team of Care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents
* You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and drive our values in everything you do
*Ensuring effective delivery of all care management processes and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
* Leadership andmanagement of the nursing home team, people management and workforce development
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Experience of managing a care home
* Experience of being a registered homemanager
* Ability to deliver outstanding care for the residents
* In depth understanding of the legal requirements such as Health & Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOES's and rating characteristics
* Goes the extra mile for residents and staff* Inspires people to achieve their aspirations
* Is an excellent team player during all ups and downs
The successful Home Manager will receive an amazing salary of £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40hours a week working through day shifts from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
