Panoramic Care are currently representing one of our valued clients in a search for an Experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager for the South Wales regions. What staff say about the home:

The Registered Manager will have a good track record and will be very experienced in working with the CIW toachieve good outcomes. Turnaround experience is desirable as there are some challenges in the home, this would suit someone whoenjoys a challenge and would like to make a real difference. In return you will be supported by multiple managers who are involved within the project but you will also be rewarded with a very lucrative salary.
The Registered Manager will also be a Registered Nurse with an active pin to ensure good clinical standards. They will also have good strategic and operational knowledge that can be utilised within a nursing home environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
