We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Head of Operations.

As the Registered Head of Operations, you will report directly tothe Registered Head of Quality, Operations & Regulated Services collaborating closely with the broader operations Senior Leadership Team to devise and implement the operational strategy. Your role will extend the organisation's ongoing cultural transformation by championing its values and fostering desired behaviours.
The successful candidate will possess the capability toadeptly lead and mentor teams while adapting their management style as needed. Essential qualifications and experience encompass:
* Relevant Senior Management background.
* Possession of a valid Driving Licence. (desirable)
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management
* Registered Manager's Award.
* Proven leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong understanding of health and social care regulations and industry trends.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering patient-centred care.
* Strategic thinking, with the ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary package, £38,000 - £44,000 DOE
* Hours Monday to Friday 08.30 -17.00pm with some flexibility outside these hours to meet the need of the business.
