Panoramic Care are pleased to be working with a reputable provider of domiciliary care who are seeking a new Registered Branch Manager for their service in Kent.
Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager/ Registered Manager to run their successful domiciliary service. They are currently rated 'Good' with CQC and provide 1600 hours of care per week. This companyhas a mix of both private and Local Authority referrals.
As part of the role, you will be leading a team of 80 care workers,2 co-ordinators, a senior co-ordinator, a Deputy and an admin team. The team are extremely strong and provide a fantastic levelof care to the service users.
They are looking for the following experience:
- minimum 2 years domiciliary care
- strong leader
- NVQ L5 or working towards
- Deputy level and above
