Description:
We are working with our Client a respected Domiciliary Care provider based in the Isle of Wight. As a result of their continuous growth, we are supportingthem to recruit an experienced Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of the Branch whilst ensuring all staff are adhering to company policies and standards in order to provide the highest level of care for individuals in the community.
The successful candidate must have:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Domiciliary care.
* A level 5 Diploma (or working towards completing their level 5) in Leadership and Management.
*Experience of working at management level.
* Experience of working in Adult social care
* Experience of growing a Domiciliary branch.
* Great leadership skills.
* Full Driving License as this role will require travel.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.00pm
Location: Isle of Wight (Newport)
