REGISTERED MANAGER- ELDERLY NURSING CARE
Panoramic Care is currently working with a luxury elderly care provider within the care industry who is looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their medium sized nursing elderly home in the Milford On Sea area.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading and managing all aspects of the home to meet CQC requirements and ensure that outstanding care and support is delivered.
They are looking for an individual who has a wealth of experience working within an Elderly care environment, managerial experience and has the relevant qualifications necessary. Nursing background desirable.
You must have the following:
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management
* Elderly care experience
* Background of managing a medium/ large sized care home
* Clinical knowledge/ RGN/nursing background
