Panoramic Care are pleased to be supporting a Care Provider in hiring a Registered Manager to join a team providing care for 11-18 year old males. These young people will have difficulties with attachment and developmental trauma, and have perpetrated sexually harmful behaviour.
This role will involve playing an integral part in safeguarding the home, supporting the therapy and education of the young people and liaising with both families and other agencies. This role will involve "on call" shifts.Successful applicants will :
* Have 2 years experience in Children's social care, particularly with EBD children.
* Be knowledgeable in the relevant legislation.
* Possess a resilient and positive outlook.
* Preferably have NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.
