Panoramic Care are currently looking to appoint a Registered Children's Home Manager Residential Care Home Service in Southhampton.
Are youan experienced Registered Children's Home Manager or Deputy Manager? Are you passionate about providing high-quality care for vulnerable young people?
The Children service are a fast-growing company who provide high quality care, education, crisiscare and therapy to children and young people presenting with challenging social, emotional, educational and behavioral difficulties.
Requirements for Registered Children's Home Manager:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for residentialcare (or equivalent)
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* At least 3 years' experience of working in a residential childcare setting
* At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position
* Full understanding of OFSTED and other current legislation and regulations
