Support Workers / Care Assistants

Working with our team you will be supporting individuals with daily activities and routine such as personal care andpersonal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals eating and drinking. You will be completing documents which include daily record keeping, charts and care plans. With working in our team you will be require to work in elderly and dementia care.
