We are seeking a number of Care Assistants to look after Elderly Residents with Dementia in a Care Home in the Local Area.
We are looking for Staff that have an Open and Positive Approach to match the current culture of the workforce and can establish effectiveemployer-employee relationships. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents as well as assisting residents in their personal careincluding toileting, cleaning, bathing, dressing and undressing, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals.
The successful Candidate must have a minimum of 6 months UK Based Care Experience in a similar type of role. An NVQ is preferred but not essential as full Training will be given however the successful candidate must fund their own DBS Check.
