The Role

My client, a public sector entity is seeking an experienced and skilled Business Systems & Controls Coordinator to join their Dublin City Centre office. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.



As the BusinessSystems & Controls Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring programme administration business systems are operating and reporting to the highest standard. You will oversee several area's related to change control process and coordinate development of workstreams resulting from this process.



Tasks & Duties
Change Process Management

* Support operational teams in identifying system issues and changes into business systems by leading on Change Board process
* Proactive reviewof Jira enhancements queue; track, manage, escalate and report back to the business team on paths to resolution
* Review and prioritisation of upcoming workstreams and enhancements to ensure issues are being addresses and resolved in a timely mannerBusiness System Support

* Support yearly launch of programmes by managing relevant deliverables, including Master Data configuration, ensure components delivered to the Programme Systems are understood and validated prior and post release
* Buildingan expertise of the CRM system and entities relationship across multidisciplinary team to act as subject matter expert in relation to system queries
* Act as a point of liaison on ICT related project to ensure engagement by the Operational teams, throughthe provision of knowledge transfer and impact analysis
* Investigate system issues and exceptions consulting with key stakeholders and focusing on the resolution of critical performance and implementation issues

Analysis and Monitoring

* Identification and mitigation of issues and risks in relation to the business system development and operation.
* Provide feedback regarding identified risks and trends and make recommendations regarding supports and training requirements and suggesting how issues can be addressed or prevented.
* Effective management and reporting of incidents and exceptions as they arise, supportinglessons learned reviews and resulting changes to practices, behaviours, policies, and procedures



Stakeholder Management* Establish and manage key internal relationships, particularly in relation to co working within the Operations Directorate, and with key shared services affecting operations and delivery of supports to Service Providers
* Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted business systems advisor to drive a consistent approach to change processing across Operations and to provide service excellence to our customers and colleagues
* Develop and manage effective relationships with external stakeholders to ensure coordination of supports to Service Providers



Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications* 3/4 years minimum in either Project and/or Change management - essential
* Experience in analysis and development of business systems (e.g. CRM)
* Excellent proficiency in MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint portals
* Understanding and experience of the Early Years and Young People sector is desirable
* Relevant Third Level qualification (e.g., Degree) or equivalent is desirable
