THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
* Handling customer enquires from students and their employers and providing appropriate guidance
* Provide administration support such as course bookings and maintaining student records
* Produce reports to clients of progress of students
* Ensure data entry is updated correctly
* Track and report outstanding actions needed with the apprenticeship process
* Supporting the Admissions Manager and Head of Client Services of the smooth running of the apprenticeship process
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 2 years administration experience
* Knowledge of apprenticeships
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage workload
