Are you a Deputy Headteacher with SEN experience looking for your next substantive post?
Panoramic Care are working with a leading provider of special education in the recruitment of a Deputy Headteacher. This school's current Deputy Headteacher is moving into a more senior position, so they are on the lookout for their next Deputy Head who will continue to make the school the best that itcan be. The school is currently rated Good with Ofsted and they have a fantastic reputation within education.
Some responsibilities of this role include liaising with LA's and teachers, developing a shared vision, promoting the development of teachingand learning, and ensuring that the school provides a safe learning environment. You will also be one of the school's designatedsafeguarding leads.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Leader with special education experience and a good Ofsted track record to join their Senior Leadership Team and be passionate about the education provided to their students.
