Key Responsibilities:* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
* Provide general classroom support to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
* Support pupils with varying needs, helping them to thrive academically and personally.
* Help with planning and preparing classroom activities as required.
* Supervise pupils during break times and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources anddisplays.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working in a school setting is beneficial but not essential.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about working with children.
* Interest in pastoral care and pupil well-being.
* Willingness to undertake relevant training provided by the school.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to supporting staff and pupils.
* A commitment to upholding the values and ethos of the school.
