Due to high demand we are looking for an outstanding Technical Pre-Sales Engineer that enjoys the mix of technical specifications and sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Work with the Sales leadership in understanding and developing the sales process.
* Provide technical sales support of new proposals. Enjoy meeting clients and gather requirements todeliver accurate proposals
* To ensure that functionality specifications are completed at proposal stage, so it is clear whatwe have allowed for and what options the client has. Work closely with Marketing to ensure that presentations are created to ahigh standard.
* To critique all existing systems and strategies on a regular basis in line with advances in technology. To gather feedback from the Project Team to understand areas within the proposal which need respecifying in terms of performance orcosts.
* To facilitate change orders from the Project Team, always checking for compatibility issues or additional design considerations.
* To provide ad hoc support to the Project Team if they are presented with a challenge which needs a technical solution.
* To attend supplier/manufacturer training and events to ensure that our knowledge is kept up to date and we are looking for new innovative products and solutions to offer to our clients.
* To ensure that all proposals are in line with company core values and client briefs and needs. Ensure its fits for purpose and delivered in a timely fashion and communication is maintained throughout with the prospective client.
Qualifications
* Proven Audio Visual industry experience within a technical role such as a Senior Engineer, Systems Designer, Programmer or
Project Manager. Must also have experience within a SalesEnvironment with direct client contact. Proven track record in delivering results, with 5yrs + experience in the AV Industry.* Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of the residential AV industry including all major suppliers and distributors.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines ina fast-paced environment.
* Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.* Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team, supporting individuals where required to overcome and obstacles preventing them for delivering their best work.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Possess an excellent technical knowledge of electronics and AV systems from the ground up.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
To show passion for the industry and a desire to expand existing knowledge and pursue continuous development.
