AV Engineering Manager - The client are a leading Audio Visual corporate integrator based on the outskirts of London. They are now seeking an experienced AV Engineering Install Manager to have with the smooth operation of the installation department You will have a proven track record in AV engineeringmanagement ideally gained in the corporate AV market place. You will work within the Operations Team responsible for managing the installation engineers and ensuring they deliver the projects within time,cost and quality parameters. You will be a managerwho can manage and motive the Engineering Team.
Rol Overview:
*The AV Engineering Manager will schedule and forward plan engineering resource effectively according to project deadlines and budgets
*Management of all the audio visual engineers and thesubcontractors
* Must have previous experience in management
* Manage on-board and schedule internal and external resourceincluding drafting contracts reviewing work quality and arrange bookings
* Will provide realistic lead times to sales team onprospective installations
*Develop adopt and manage processed procedures and best practice service levels to ensure projects are delivered successfully
* Actively lead the implementation of the company's Health and Safety policy and a team player who can get the best out of people a man manager who leads by example
* Will have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently
*Will have proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word - Excel
* Working on various sized projects in London and throughout the UK
