CCTV/Security Installation Supervisor | North London/Kent/West Sussex/East Sussex | £35000-£38000 (OTE £45k)
My client is one of the most well-known Fire & Security names in the world who specialise in designing, maintaining, and installing fire and security systems across the globe. They are currently recruiting for an Installations Supervisor to cover either North London, Kent, West Sussex or East Sussex.
They are responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of a variety of fire & security systems for clients in multiple sectors from large retail stores to industrial sites so you must be confident working on Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems to be considered.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervising all installs across Industrial, retail and commercial properties.
* Liaising with the Project Management team to ensure that installs run to plan/cost.
* Ensuring that all work is carried out to a satisfactory/excellent standard* Customer Service levels are adhered to at all times
* Working closely with the engineers, project managers and administration staff
* Oversee delivery of project
What you will need:
* Previous experience as a Supervisor/Senior Engineer in the Fire & Security sector
* ECS/CSCS Card
* Ability to meet targets without compromising quality or safety standards
*Will be organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Accuracy and attention to detail at all times* Excellent communications skills used to build a rapport with people at all levels
* Will present a positive company image* Will provide a timely, polite and efficient service
Hours of work:
* 40 hour working week
* Overtime paid at time½ and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays

* Salary from £35k-£38k
