Description:
Calling all skilled coffee / vending engineers. I am currently recruiting for a Field Service engineer to work direct for a leadinginternational company within the coffee/espresso machine industry.
Package:
* Salary up to £30,000 dependent upon experience.
* Full training supplied then joining the 1-4 weekend rota once signed off
* Weekly overtime rate is £22:50 per hourafter 47.5 hours (explained below)
* Weekend overtime rate is £22:50 per hr
* Bank holiday overtime rate is £30 per hr plusan additional £50 standby
* 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10 per hour
* Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 9%)
* Annual bonus scheme. (5% potentialof basic salary)
* Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to nominated persons
* Private Medical Insurance (Taxable Benefit)
* Company van. Available for private use (Taxable Benefit)
* Full uniform/PPE
* Laptop, Mobile phone, Company Credit Card and Fuel card (Company use only)
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
The Role:
* Install, commission, andset up the commercial coffee equipment
* Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
* Attend re-active break downand repair call outs
* Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
* Self-sufficient management ofspare parts stock holding in Service Van
* To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports(with photos if required)
* To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
* Monday - Fridayand 1 in 4 weekends working on call
The Suitable Candidate:
* Skilled engineers with a coffee or vending background ideally in bean to cup or traditional however experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered (e.g. ticketing, catering, telecoms etc.)
