AData Scientist is needed on a permanent basis working for my client in West London.
This company have revolutionised DNA analysis by using unique semiconductor technology to analyse blood samples. Unlike current technology which takes days, this platform provides accurate diagnosis within the hour and it's set to transform the lives of millions.
Funded by a $50M+ grant from a US governing body, the product has massive implications in both clinical and warfare environments. Their platform isalready highly credible and they're entering the scale up phase, meaning your job will evolve as quickly as they scale.They need a like minded engineer who is looking to get involved in an exciting company, working on their core analysis platform, which produces very high volumes of real time data.
You will have:
* A background developing software in Python* One of the follow 3: real-time signal processing, NGS data analysis, optimisation, and machine learning (ML)
* Mixed Windows/Linux environment
