Responsibilities:
*Travel to dental offices and hospitals to service, repair, and install dental equipment including chairs, X-ray machines, compressors, suction units, autoclaves, etc.
* Maintain a stocked van with necessary parts and tools to perform repairs and maintenance in the field.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues. Perform preventative maintenance.
* Complete documentation on all installations, service calls, and repairs.
* Assist with new equipment testing, configuration, and integration.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
* Support other engineers and work cross-functionally with operations andsales teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a dental equipment technician or field service engineer.
* Knowledgeof common dental equipment, technology, and systems.
* Proficiency with required tools and ability to follow technical manuals/diagrams.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.* Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
* Ability and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
