Description:
THE ROLE:
Working at the Rugby Plant, you will carry out fault-finding, repairs, routine maintenance and improvement activities to all production machinery and equipment.
Sound diagnostic skills, a professionalapproach and good work ethic will be required along with good communication.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced, electrically qualified candidate you will have relative maintenance experience gained from a manufacturing / production environment.You will possess, as a minimum, A Level 3 certificate / apprenticeship (C&G or NVQ) or BTEC / HNC level.
As an ElectricalEngineer you will work on; 3 phase Conveyors, processing & mixing equipment.
You must be able to read Electrical drawings
The working environment is "heavy industry" meaning you will be working on and around large automated machinery. Some area's of the process are dusty and/or wet. You must be happy in working on machinery within this environment
SHIFT:
4 on 4off shift .
Rotates every 3 sets, nights to days. 12 hr shifts (6-6).
Every 6 weeks you will have 16-day rest period

Salary: £47,000
Additional overtime during shutdowns

Profit based bonus circa 4%.
