Test Engineer - Contract Role
£30 - £40 per hour
Northamptonshire
6 month contract
I am looking for a talented test engineeron behalf of my Northamptonshire based client for a 6-month contract. The role will require the succesful candidate to be a partof their R&D department and work on sensors that are primarily utilized in markets with rugged/safety critical environments. As such the test engineer will require experience in industries that have such requirements - Military/defence, oil&gas, automotive etc.
The required skills are:
- Test rigs - designing and building
- Mechanical and electronics experience
- lab experience
- Low rate wireless - IEEE 802.15.4
- Prototype testing
