Description:
Currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for the Munster Area.
The role requires someone with drive, the desire to learn, outgoing personality and the ability to work on various projects at once. Organisational skills in managing own responsibilities and time to achieve objectives and deadlines are a must.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide quality service to all customers ina timely manner.
* Install and commission new systems.
* Work with our sales department to promote and quote client products.
* Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps.
* Plan accordingly for upcoming works and ensure that you havethe required stock.
* Demonstrate proven time management and interpersonal skills.
* Manage field activities and implement engineering designs.
* Diagnose and resolve equipment problems
* Serve as the key liaison to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Technical qualifications or equivalent field experience in electrical or mechanical.
* Experience in Instrumentation equipment, RAMs, HAZOPs, AutoCAD, CRM are desirable.
* Experience using calibration software eg Compucal.* Full clean driving license.
* A willingness to work independently, learn, adapt and solve problems as they happen
