Fire & Security Engineer
Location: London, Southeast & surrounding areas
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
I am seeking a skilled and dedicated Integrated Security Systems Technician to provide exceptional service to our key enterprise/blue-chip clients. As an Integrated Security Systems Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, fault finding,and technical support on integrated IP CCTV, access control, and fire & security alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
* Perform servicing and maintenance on integrated security systems.
* Provide planned maintenance to key clients, primarily on large sites.
* Liaise with clients as necessary, delivering professional customer service.
* Support the project and technicalteam as required.
* Collaborate with the service desk team, including customer service and remote support engineers.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in IP CCTV, access control, fire & security alarm systems and servicing.
* Knowledge orexperience in higher-level systems such as Lenel, C-Cure, S2, Gallagher, Genetec, etc. would be highly desirable however training will be provided.
