As an accomplished Projects Installation Engineer, you'll hold a pivotal role in our company's triumph. Your primary duty will be overseeing the installation and activation of a diverse array of fire life safety systems. Your Core Duties:

System Prowess: Lead and execute the installation, configuration, and activation of fire life safety systems.

Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all installations strictly adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

End-User Excellence: Operate across various industry sectors, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery to meet project timelines and exceed end-user customer expectations.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a profoundunderstanding of fire and security systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to offer innovative solutions to our valued customers.

Troubleshooting & Small-Scale Works: Undertake small installations on existing and new projects. Diagnose and rectify any issues that arise during or after the installation process. Provide top-notch technical support and address customer concerns with precision.

Meticulous Documentation: Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of all installations, configurations, and activation activities. Complete all necessary paperwork andreports promptly.

Seamless Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with our sales team, project managers, fellow engineers,and relevant stakeholders. This ensures a flawless project execution and successful handover to clients.

Compliance andSafety Champion: Adhere rigorously to all health and safety regulations and company policies. This commitment guarantees a secure working environment for yourself and others on-site.

Customer Service Extraordinaire: Deliver exceptional customer service. Offer clear communication and address client queries and concerns in a professional and affable manner.
Your Credentials:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in installing and activating fire life safety systems.

Technical Prowess: Profound knowledge of fire and security systems, encompassing their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with pertinent industry standards and regulations is imperative.

Certifications: Hold relevant certifications or qualifications related to fire and security systems installation, such as FIA, IOSH, and bespoke system manufacturers'courses.

Communication Expertise: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide outstanding customer service.

Problem-Solving Pro: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to adaptto changing project requirements and work across various industry sectors.

Driving License: A valid driving license is required, as the role entails travel to different customer sites within the East Midlands region.

Your Package:*
£35,000 - £45,000 for a 40-hour working week.
