Your Role
Based at their Surreyoffice your role as Hire an Event Administrator will see you as the essential point of contact and support to both the Service Quality Manager and the Hire & Event Manager ensuring that all incoming inquiries regarding kit hire for a range of events are executed in a professional and efficient manner.
You'll have regular communication with suppliers and clients and your confident manner and clear communication will be the basis of providing an outstanding service and instilling a high level of confidence in everyone you communicate with as you ensure quotes are produced and processed accurately.

* Excellent experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
