HVAC ENGINEER (MOBILE BUILDING SERVICES)
HAYWARDS HEATH, WEST SUSSEX
THE ROLE:
Due to growth of thebusiness I am currently representing my client based in Haywards Heath, who are looking for a HVAC Engineer to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The company are an established Facilities Maintenance Company and maintain client sites around theUK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career within a growing FM company.
Thisposition would be suited to someone who has at least 5 years' experience as a HVAC Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* PPM andReactive calls on water chillers, VRV, VRF & split systems within commercial properties
* Carry out installations of airconditioning split systems
* Other small works across a portfolio of commercial properties
* Carry out individual project works
* Out of hours/weekend servicing works on a 6-week call out rota
* Comply with H&S systems & responsibilities* Complete electronic reports as required using in-house software system
THE PERSON:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience asa HVAC Engineer
* F Gas 2079
* City & Guilds in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
* Good communication skills, excellent time keeping, a professional manner and excellent customer service
* Full Clean driving license
