Description:
We have an oustanding opportunity for a IMAC Server and Storage Engineer. The purpose of this role is to provide routinetechnical support for customers by serving as an on-site "smart hands" consultant for enterprise servers located in various secure locations throughout the United Kingdom. Trained IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, and Change) Engineers will be responsible for completing IMAC requests and following documented procedures to perform a variety of installation and support tasks. Successful candidates will undergo online training on the product set.
The main responsibilities of IMAC engineers include:
* Maintaining industry qualifications to meet the demands of the IMAC team
* Solving IT challenges and obstacles and implementing enterprise deployments
* Demonstrating knowledge, experience and expertise in IMAC requests
* Being familiar with industry standards and vendor specifications
* Following Health and Safety procedures at all times
* Meeting customer requirements andmaintaining a professional demeanor
* Completing site assessments and updating customer closure procedures
* Collaborating with the PMO (Project Management Office) to ensure timely completion of tasks within established SLAs (Service Level Agreements)Key accountabilities include:

The ideal candidate will have:

* A valid full clean driving license
* Willingness to work towards security clearance to gain access to customer environments.
