Industrial Lift Field Service Engineer

£35,000 - £40,000 OTE
We are currently assisting our client, a major player within the Industrial Lift industry, with their search for Field Service Engineers to work ontheir product range of Industrial Lifts and Construction Hoists. We are looking to introduce forward thinking and ambitious individuals with a background in Field Service Engineering.

As a Field Service Engineer you will be working around the UK assisting with the repair, maintenance and servicing of Industrial Lifts and Construction Hoists. On occasion you will also be attending to Planned Services for clients based offshore or overseas, including Europe, Middle East and Africa.
What You'll Need
You will need to havethe following skills:
* Experienced installation engineer from a customer-focussed and technically complex capital equipment environment
* Qualified electrically
* Experience of motors, brakes, PLCs, VFDs and other control systems
* Mechanical installation engineering skills also required
* Effective communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal
*Positive, can-do, flexible and adaptable team-player
* Relevant industry experience (lifts or hoists) would be beneficial butnot essential
* To be based within approx. 20 miles of Northampton
* Must be prepared to work away from home on a regular basis, sometimes for extended periods, potentially up to a total of 30 weeks per year
* Involves working at height, and in varying conditions, indoors and out
* Qualified to at least 17th
* Midlands based
