Description:
Working as a Jnr Project Engineer you will be responsible for providing essential support to our Technical department.Your primary focus will be on daily tasks, such as preparing technical responses to tenders, creating detailed project documentation, and assisting with new and existing projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technology, from designing products to ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Main Duties:
* Collaborate with Project Managers to provide comprehensive project support.
* Contribute to product design, cost analysis, and the creation of operationand maintenance manuals.
* Play a vital role in CE certification and other technical documentation.
* Utilise Autodesk Inventor for parts and assembly design.
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and fitters.
* Compile data and specification sheets, including costing and bills of materials.
* Occasional domestic and overseas travel for project-related activities.
* Attend project meetings at customer premises or company group facilities.
* Maintain and update project plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Offer comprehensive project support to Project Managers.
* Assist the Technical Department with technical information, drawings, and compliance.
* Ensure drawings and files meet product standards and specifications.
* Contribute to accurate and up-to-date manuals.
* Collaborate effectively with team members on various projects.
The Ideal Jnr Project Engineer Candidate:
* Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
* Capable ofgenerating, reviewing, and releasing technical drawings.
* Enthusiastic about self-development and staying updated with industry standards.
* Possesses practical hands-on skills.
* Willing to take ownership of projects when necessary.
* Holds a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
