Description:
Our client, based just north of Cork city, requires a maintenance electrician who has experience working in a heavy engineering, industrial, manufacturing environment. This full time permanent electrician vacancy has come about due to expansion and growth. This is a Monday - Friday early and late shift pattern, with some Saturday work required.
You willbe joining an established, Irish owned, multi national, multi site company. This site in Cork would be where you would be working.
Are you a Qualified time served Electrician with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an industrial environment?
Do you have Experienced working with Siemens and /or Allen Bradley PLC Experience of three phase motors, 440 v and control 12/24/110v Distribution systems?
Your duties will include:
* Carry out preventive maintenance as per the maintenance program* Providing maintenance support, entering data, updating equipment records.
* Electrical and Mechanical trouble-shooting
* Closely monitor line and machine performance and intervene on line as soon as any deterioration in performance occurs
* Updatethe maintenance management system (CMMS), records of all changes, stores transactions made and work carried out
* Troubleshooting using PLC Programme
* Responsible for completion of your planned work, shifts daily input of all works onto CMMS, parts booked out of stores and control of breakdowns
