Maintenance Engineer - Great Yarmouth
A leading food manufacturer in Great Yarmouth is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating day and night shift schedule.
In this role you will:
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systemsand food processing/packaging equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and failures to minimize production downtime
*Adjust and optimize mechanical bias settings to enhance machine performance
* Use testing tools to analyze values like vibration, temperature, pressure, and PPM
* Identify opportunities to improve equipment operation through mechanical bias changes
*Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation
* Ensure all work meets safety standards and production protocols
Theideal candidate has 3+ years experience repairing mechanical systems in a manufacturing plant. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.
4 on4 days and nights
£48,000 per annum
