This is an opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a company who specialise in environmental monitoring systems to give us a more in depth understanding of the changes happening to our surroundings.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of 3 Mechanical Engineers and will be expected to embrace the opportunity for significant & rapid career development by accepting an increasing level of overall responsibility for product design & project management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
* 5+ years experience in a Mechanical Design role
* Electronics/electromechanical enclosure design
* Design for harsh/extreme environments
You can expect to receive a salary of approx. £45,000 plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme & life assurance scheme and access to the employee assistance programme (EAP) provided by Health Assured.
