Description:
Do you want to join a very successful and rapidly expanding document solutions dealership as a photocopier engineer? Concept are looking for a skilled Photocopier / Print Field Engineer to cover locations in the Gloucestershire / Worcestershire and surroundingareas so a flexible approach to areas of coverage is required. .
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Deliver a first-class customer experience.
* Provide a technical service to customers including installation, maintenance, auditingand repair of their IT hardware and peripherals.
* Travel as support requires work to be undertaken at client sites.
* Willingness to work flexibility
* To complete proactive servicing to ensure end to end customer satisfaction.
* Continuous improvement programme and sharing of best practice
* Achieve targets and objectives as defined by the business.
* To follow Service Management processes
* Support and liaise with personnel working with client, including Billing, Helpdesk and Logistics
*Ensure device issue resolution is at a set level and meets contractual targets
* Manage queries and escalations
* Keep all key stake holders from both organizations updated with any issue management.
Requirements
To be considered for the positionyou must have strong experience within the office equipment industry as a photocopier / MFD / MFP engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on office equipment. It is important that you are self motivated, have excellent customer service skills & flexible approach.

Applicant
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
* Experience repairing electrical faults on office peripherals / photocopiers / MFDs / MFPs
* Full UK Drivers Licence.
* Ideally Manufacture trained
* Excellent communication skills
* Sound knowledge of IT / networking
