* 1 in 4 weekends
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 DOE
Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of mobility solutions in the West Midlands, is seeking a skilled Mobility Engineer to join their team. With a focus on enhancing the lives of individuals with mobility challenges, our client is dedicated to delivering top-notch service and support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining mobility scooters and wheelchairs. They should possess strong technical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing and repairing issues with mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
* Conducting routine servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
* Providing excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and offering guidance on equipment usage.
* Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and service delivery.
Essential Skills:
* Experience in servicing and repairing mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
* Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.* Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full Driving Licence.
Beneficial Skills:
* Familiarity with a variety of mobility scooter and wheelchair models.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
